Certsure Certification Pvt. Ltd. provides ISO certification consulting, auditing, and certification services. The scope and terms of each engagement are defined in the individual service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Ensure access to facilities and documents required for audits
• Implement required corrective actions within agreed timelines
• Pay fees as per the agreed schedule

Limitation of Liability

Certsure's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from our services.
