Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable once services have commenced:

• Initial assessment and gap analysis fees
• Application processing fees
• Audit fees (once the audit has been scheduled and conducted)
• Certificate issuance fees

Refund Eligibility

A partial or full refund may be considered in the following situations:

• If Certsure fails to deliver services as agreed in writing
• If the service is cancelled before commencement (subject to deduction of administrative charges)
• Technical or administrative errors resulting in duplicate payments

Refund Process
