Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Certsure Certification, we maintain transparency and fairness in all our services. Due to the nature of ISO certification, which involves consultation, documentation, and audit processes, the following refund policy applies:

1. General Principle

ISO certification is a service-based process. Fees paid are primarily for time, expertise, and audit-related activities. Certification is not guaranteed and depends on compliance with required standards.

2. Refund Eligibility

Before Service Initiation

  • 100% refund if cancellation is requested within 3 days of payment and no work has started.
  • 50% refund if cancellation is requested within 5 days.
  • 30% refund if cancellation is requested within 10 days.
  • No refund after 10 days.

After Service Initiation

No refund will be provided once any of the following activities have started:

  • Project allocation or consultant assignment
  • Documentation or gap analysis
  • Audit planning or execution
  • Submission of application or audit reports

3. Audit Stage Policy

  • Before audit begins: Partial refund may be granted after deducting administrative and processing charges.
  • After audit begins (Stage 1 or Stage 2): No refund applicable.
  • After certification issuance: No refund under any circumstances.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Application fees
  • Documentation and consultation charges
  • Audit planning and execution costs
  • Third-party expenses (travel, logistics, etc.)

5. Cancellation Request

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the official support email. Requests will be reviewed and processed within 7–14 working days.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in rare cases of service failure or non-delivery from our side, subject to internal review and approval.

7. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, claim, or misunderstanding arising out of or in connection with the services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

If unresolved, all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

8. Final Decision

All refund decisions are subject to management approval and will be final and binding.


This policy aligns with standard ISO certification industry practices and ensures clarity for both parties.
