How Certsure helps with ISO/IEC 20000-1

Certsure Certification is a consultancy based in Lucknow, working with organisations across India. We help you understand the requirements, close the gaps and get ready for assessment — gap analysis, documentation, implementation support, training, internal audits and support during the external audit. The certificate itself is issued by an independent, accredited certification body after its own audits.

ISO/IEC 20000-1: frequently asked questions

ITIL is a framework of best practices for IT service management. ISO 20000 is the certifiable standard that aligns with ITIL principles. Organizations often implement ITIL practices to achieve ISO 20000 certification.
IT managed service providers, cloud service companies, internal IT departments, and any organization delivering IT services to internal or external customers can benefit.
Certificates are issued by an independent certification body after its own stage 1 and stage 2 audits. Certsure Certification is a consultancy: we prepare your organisation — gap analysis, documentation, training, internal audit and audit support — and coordinate with an accredited certification body. You can verify accredited certificates on IAF CertSearch.
Accredited management system certificates are normally valid for three years, with surveillance audits by the certification body at least once a year and a recertification audit before expiry.
Cost depends mainly on the number of employees and sites, the scope and complexity of your activities, how much of the system already exists, and the certification body's audit days. Contact us with these details for a written quotation — we do not quote a single fixed price for every organisation.
