ISO/IEC 27701 Certification
Privacy Information Management System (PIMS)
ISO/IEC 27701 specifies requirements and guidance for a Privacy Information Management System (PIMS). It helps organisations that act as controllers or processors of personal data manage privacy risks and demonstrate accountability. Since the 2025 edition it is a standalone management system standard that can also be integrated with ISO/IEC 27001.
